TRADITIONAL BOAT PAINTING

We offer a professional painting service including thorough preparation work for both new narrowboats and those that require a re-paint.   Using traditional coach painting methods each boat is brush painted by hand which results in a deep gloss finish. 

 

Our work includes; 

-  Stripping each boat back to bare metal

-  The careful removal of all windows, vents & other external fittings & re-fitting upon completion.

-  Steelwork filled where required, primed and undercoated (2 coats)

-  Top Coat - Each boat is hand painted with 2 coats of high quality coach enamel produced by Craftmaster Paints including  

   coachlines and panels as required

-  500bar pressure wash/steam clean to Hull

-  Hull blacked with 2 coats of Rylards Rytex

   

Prices start from £107.50 per foot+VAT for a fully painted boat in up to 3 colours including Coachlines, Panels & Transom Bands. Non slip panels to roof, decks, gunwales are also included. Minimum charge 50ft.

 

At an additional charge we can offer Signwritng and decorative work to Hatches, Lockers, Bows & Cratch Boards.
