Dry Dock

Offered from summer 2010

 

In our undercover, floating dry dock we are able to offer a range of services including;

 

 

~Hull Blacking  

Includes 500bar pressure wash/steam clean, 3 coats of RYLARDS Premium Protection which has a deep gloss finish. 

Price: £6.50* per foot + Dock Rental £250.00*.

 

RYLARDS Rytex which has a satin finish can be used for an additional £1.00* per foot.

 

 

~Full Re-paints    

Includes 500bar pressure wash/steam clean, wet shotblast to super structure.

Primed, Undercoated and glossed (up to 2 colours and coachline).

Hull Blacking as above.

Exterior fittings are removed prior to painting and re-fitted upon completion.

Price: from £100.00* per foot. 

 

~Welding

Work carried out by coded welder to BS4872.

General Welding.  Price: £40.00* per hour.

Anodes - up to 30 foot - 4 x 1.5kg - £110.00*.

                30 to 59 foot - 4 x 2.5 kg - £154.00*.

                60 to 75 foot - 6 x 3.5 kg - £298.00*.

 

 

~Shotblasting

Price: On application
